The HTO Junior Council Beach Cleanup on Sunday 3/13 was a great success! Organized and run by HTO JC programs director Megan O’Meara, over 50 people showed up and cleaned the Santa Barbara waterfront beaches, going both east and west from the foot of Stearns Wharf. Even tourists grabbed bags and helped! Marborg donated trash pickup service, and Santa Barbara Shellfish Company donated 25% of tabs from diners who mentioned the beach cleanup that day! Thank you, one and all!
