(SANTA BARBARA) - Senator Monique Limón, alongside Assemblymember Hart, will present $500,000 to support Heal the Ocean’s Summerland Oil Mitigation Study (SOMS) to ensure we have accurate and consistent mapping of oil seeps & leaks along the central coast.
