Heal the Ocean is currently searching for an Operations and Outreach Manager—someone with office management and administrative experience to help keep the HTO office running smoothly, and to engage with our community and supporters. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ocean health.
The Operations and Outreach Manager plays a critical role in managing our office operations and assisting with community engagement and communications. This full-time position is primarily responsible for all tasks related to office management, administration, and internal operations.
This position also involves assisting the Executive Director in public relations and communication strategies, as well as working with the Event Manager on fundraising and special events. We are seeking someone experienced with non-profit administration, database management, project management, and environmental communications.
As Heal the Ocean continues our work safeguarding ocean health in Santa Barbara County and beyond, we’re looking for someone who can wear many hats, work with care and attention, and who is excited to be part of our story and impact.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Santa Barbara, California.
